The Hygiene Passport course provides food handlers with the necessary basic knowledge of food hygiene. People who work with food (for example, in cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, kitchens and kitchen factories) and who come into contact with unpackaged, quickly perishable foods during processing are required to have a hygienic passport.
Before the course, it is necessary to study the book "Fundamentals of Food Hygiene".
It can be ordered from the library free of charge (the number of books is limited, ordered in advance) or purchased from our company at a price of 38 EUR + postage 1.60 EUR.

After listening to the training course, as well as preparing on their own, the listeners take an exam in Russian. After successfully passing the exam, a temporary certificate is issued. A hygienic passport (card) is sent by mail within a month, if the training is paid.
Hygienic passport has no statute of limitations.
